After two weeks off and still with a busted BB I went for a ride this morning. I was missing the pain so much I just had to go. So instead of doing a SPR Monday route and getting dropped. I rode on my own 3 UCI laps and got dropped by myself.

Was an ok ride this morning. Good old Stock Road and South Street. Have not done the route for a while so was good to get out of bed and head along. Group got split at some lights. Probably a good thing. Was too large anyway. Good roll through on South Street. Nice pace too. I didn’t pop and had enough energy for the entire ride. Good morning.
