Well the weekend for the 200km SPR challenge has arrived. Thursday mornings ride was a good one. However one more warmup ride tomorrow morning.

I have Monday off so will do a write up on the ride then. Still deciding on the parts to make up the new bike. Just spending the night in front of the idiot box taking it easy.
