This is just a quick post to say after seven weeks I have finally been back on the bike. Didn’t go far only 28kms around the river. The old route I used to do on the Mountain Bike. My tail light died on me just as it got dark so had to stay on the cycle path.

Never mind it just felt great to be back on a bike after 7 weeks off. Need to make some small adjustments to it but until all my parts arrive its not a bad spare bike as Jordan calls it. Home now washing is on and I have had a big bowl of pasta so bring on tomorrow morning.
