Lost my drive

I don’t know what it is but getting out of bed these days seems to be 100x harder than it used to be. I have not ridden on a weekend since the Swan Valley Cyclo Sportif. Plus I was sick when I did that.

Last night I went to bed super early so was not a matter of not enough sleep this time. I had organised everything to ride and had planned on it. However when the alarm went off I went “I’ll do the 7am ride” When that alarm went off I went “meh I missed the early bird what is the point.”

This is not my normal attitude and I want my will back. How does everyone else get up and out of bed. I just got to force myself I guess and not accept any excuses.
