Good to have an afternoon off work. Unfortuantly didn’t get any of the jobs I wanted done today.
Hopefully some can get done next Saturday. Didn’t get to go for my ride either. Back was all locked up maybe its the bed. Made up for it by going to breakfast with Rhian.
Then went to Morley. Got my cycling bibs mended. Then went to the Beaufort Street Festival. Very cool but mostly about food. Would have like to sit in the pub until I was drunk.
Came home stuffed around a bit now off to work the night away at Riverbank.
Your back is probably upset at its lack of workout lately. Worst thing you can do is over rest it!

What the hell … i just got a error message… "there was an error posting your comment. Maybe it was too short?" That's a bit silly! Ooooh … i think it was because i attempted to use one letter as my "name" stupid nonsensical error message.
I rode twice this week and went to crossfit twice. I was going to ride this morning if my back didn’t keep me up all night.
