This year was less than half it was last year. Between moving house and a new baby it got a bit rough. Motorvation went away. After a couple solid months off I got in the scales and went back on my diet. Still not totally at where I want to be but it will do.

Have kept up the kms last couple months and it’s been a good December and I completed the festive 500 100% outside which has not happened for a few years. All in all what I expected going into 2023. Bring on tdu and 2924.
