Well today was a bit mixed. I felt good and felt I rode ok but the bike was rubbish. $500 in all new running gear and it was as noisy as it has ever been. Will have to go back to Yas today. I have a horrible feeling the frame is stuffed.

Awesome Ride This Morning
Awesome ride this morning and very quick. Two new PBs. Mosman Hill to water tower. I thought I got a new PB on the hill but it was hill too the water tower that got me the time. Second PB was on Burke Drive. 50+ kph along here in the small chain ring. This would have been smashed had it not been for the van doing 40kph making us back off. But again small chain ring only.
Awesome start to the day and I have the morning off.
